These terms govern your use of the Nuri website and any arrangements made with Nuri for home support services. Please read them carefully before using the website or proceeding with an enquiry.

1. Definitions
- "Nuri", "we", "us", "our" — Nuri, a home support coordination service operating from No. 22, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.
- "Service" — The home support arrangements offered by Nuri, including Caregiver Guidance Workshops, Technology Connection Help, and Festive & Occasion Support.
- "User", "you", "your" — Any person who visits our website or enquires about or takes up a Nuri arrangement.
- "Arrangement" — A specific scope of support agreed between Nuri and the User.
- "Website" — The Nuri website accessible at nuril.blog.
- "Agreement" — These Terms & Conditions, together with any written arrangement confirmation provided to you.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Nuri website, submitting an enquiry, or proceeding with any Nuri arrangement, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or enter into an arrangement with Nuri. By using the website, you confirm you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
3. Service Description
Nuri provides general home support coordination for older adults and their families in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley region of Malaysia. Our arrangements include:
- Caregiver Guidance Workshops — practical sessions for family members
- Technology Connection Help — device setup and practice sessions
- Festive & Occasion Support — planning and coordination for special days at home
Nuri does not provide regulated healthcare, nursing, therapy, or any other licensed professional services. All arrangements are general in nature and do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
Services are currently available within Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Availability of specific arrangements is subject to team capacity and may vary.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Nuri website or engaging with Nuri's arrangements, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking
- Notify Nuri promptly of any changes to your situation that may affect the arrangement
- Not use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive
- Not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the website or its security
- Treat Nuri team members with respect and courtesy during all interactions
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nuri website — including text, images, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Nuri. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Printed guides and materials provided as part of an arrangement are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within your household only.
6. Payment Terms
Prices for arrangements are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The current arrangement prices are:
- Caregiver Guidance Workshops — from RM 680 per arrangement
- Technology Connection Help — from RM 1,200 per arrangement
- Festive & Occasion Support — from RM 3,600 per occasion
Final pricing is confirmed in writing before an arrangement begins. Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be outlined in your arrangement confirmation. Prices may be subject to change; any change will be communicated before it affects an existing arrangement.
Cancellations: Cancellation terms are included in your arrangement confirmation. In general, cancellations made more than 5 business days before the first session or visit may be eligible for a partial credit. Cancellations made within 5 business days may not be eligible for a refund of any deposit paid.
7. Service Delivery Terms
The scope of each arrangement is agreed in writing before it begins. Any changes to scope requested during an arrangement will be discussed and, if agreed, reflected in a revised written confirmation.
Nuri will make reasonable efforts to conduct sessions and visits at the agreed times. In the event of an unavoidable change, Nuri will give as much advance notice as possible and offer an alternative time.
Printed materials and session recordings will be provided within a reasonable timeframe as outlined in the arrangement confirmation.
8. Disclaimers
Nuri's services are provided in good faith for general practical support purposes. We do not make any representation that outcomes will meet any specific expectation or produce any particular result.
The information and guidance provided in our sessions and materials is general in nature and does not constitute professional healthcare, medical, legal, or financial advice. Families should seek appropriate professional advice for any regulated matters.
The Nuri website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Nuri's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our website or an arrangement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific arrangement giving rise to the claim.
Nuri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the website or any arrangement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nuri harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of the website or Nuri's services.
11. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing arrangement by giving reasonable written notice. "Reasonable" is considered at least 5 business days for session-based arrangements and at least 10 business days for occasion-based arrangements.
Nuri reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any user whose conduct is disrespectful, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.
Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination of any arrangement.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or any arrangement shall first be subject to an informal resolution process — please contact us at [email protected] and we will work in good faith to resolve the matter.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
13. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with any written arrangement confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuri for the subject matter described.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure by Nuri to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without Nuri's written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent in writing to the address or email listed in these terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
Nuri may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website or proceeding with an arrangement after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the website or by email where we have contact details.
